Pricing
Pricing is displayed underneath each photo with a brief description of the item. Prices are based on 1 item or the full quantity. Pricing is for full weekend Thurs/Fri-Mon/Tues or what is decided on by both Wood n’ Crate and the customer.
Payments
A deposit of 50% must be paid when reserving items. Cash, Credit Card or E-transfer is accepted for payment. (All credit card transactions are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% processing fee). Final payments are required 2 weeks before date of reservation, changes cannot be made after this. If items are booked in short notice the full total will be paid at time of booking.
Reservations
When you find that something special from our inventory to add to your event, please fill out the reservation request form or send an email and we will confirm within 48 hours if we have availability for your requested date. For multiple reservations wanting the same items on the same day, those individuals who get their quote finalized and deposit paid first will get priority. Reservation requests that are given with insufficient timing to the date may not be accommodated.
Cancellations
If in the unfortunate event you have to cancel your reservation, 45 days notice will be required. No refunds will be issued within 45 days of your reservation whether it is the deposit or full payment. Please reach out for specific situations for cancelling.
Pick Up or Delivery
Renters can pick up/drop off rental items from Wood N' Crate Rentals Storage Site, which is located in Stony Plain, AB. Renters must have the appropriate vehicle, equipment and personnel for loading and unloading items. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery and set up/take down services at this time. We are looking at adding this again in the future.
Late Fee
Once a pick up/drop off time appointment has been agreed upon by both parties, customers must communicate if changes are needed last minute. Otherwise, if customers are more than 15 minutes late without communication, a late fee charge of $50 will be incurred by the customer. Pick up/drop off times are by appointment only.
Damage Deposit
All rental items are expected to be returned in the same condition as when they were picked up. There will be extra charges for any damaged items. Customers are responsible for taking care of items out on rent (even during transport). A minimum damage deposit is required of $50.00, larger items and reservations will have a larger deposit based on replacement value of items. This is a fluctuating rate dependent on order. When rental items have been returned in the same condition as they were rented, your damage deposit will be returned to you in 48hours. If items are brought back damaged, dirty, unkempt, money will be taken off damage deposit and/or fee will incur.
Liability
Wood N' Crate is not responsible for any liability including injury, loss or damages to any personal items/property of the customer that may occur as a result of using our products.
